(More customer reviews)This unit is quiet, as promised - you can barely hear it. My bathroom has never gotten foggy with it ON.
It has interesting way of switching modes. Switch it on once, and you get blue light on it, which is the humid sensing mode, I believe. Switch it off/on again, and the light is amber, which is fixed operating power. The light is clearly visible, although not strong enough to double as a nightlight (which would be nice, given that the fan is so quiet). The contractor said they had a hard time installing it, even though I believe we have standard size and spacing beams. Don't know more about that.
I've used it for about 6 months so far, and have no complaints. Recommend!
