(More customer reviews)This iron makes great steam, but has some areas that could be better. The non-stick soleplate does not slide over fabric as easily as others I have used. Also, the buttons do not operate as smoothly as other irons. Lastly, the retractable cord housing results in the cord catching on the edge of the ironing board. My last iron did not have a retractable cord - at the place where the cord entered the iron's handle there was a spring around the cord that held the cord "up", reducing its tendency to catch the edge of the ironing board.
