(More customer reviews)In three years, we have gone through two of these. After about 18 months, the first stopped cooking anything. We blamed it on the time someone turned it on for a couple minutes empty. So we got another; this one turns off the entire microwave after about 30 seconds of operation. If we unplug it for a while, it is good for another few seconds. Considering it is a built-in and takes 10 minutes to get it in and out, 30 seconds of operation doesn't quite cut it.
I did not buy this at Amazon, by the way, but enjoy the opportunity to vent about it.
