(More customer reviews)I installed this about a year ago. It works well and is quiet. The motion sensor is nice. The only thing I wish was different is the night light. This was a retro-fit, and as usual there were only 2 switched wires going to the unit-one for the light and one for the fan. The night light adds a third circuit. I wish the night light came on with the motion sensor, and then off with a timer. It would come on in the daytime, but that wouldn't hurt. As it is, I am using the fan for whole house ventilation, so I found a hot wire in the attic and run the fan with it. I must use a breaker to shut it off, but it only gets turned off for cleaning, so that works for me.
The installation was very straight forward. I just enlarged the whole in the sheet rock to fit, and made sure it was sealed from the attic well. My exhaust pipe wasn't insulated, which is very bad-can cause condensation in a cold attic. I used some reflectix (basically foil backed bubble wrap), so that wasn't too hard to take care of. I would buy again.
