Panasonic offers a bath fan sizing calculator at their website-- this is their smallest, and it's suitable only for a small bathroom that has no tub or shower. Very low electricity draw; durable, long-lasting fan. These are the only fans to buy, unless you can install in-line fans where the motor is remotely located in an attic, even quieter. Panasonic offers in-line fans also.
