(More customer reviews)Cleans like a champ - great suction after many uses. I am curious to see how it will hold up after a few years. The plastic is fairly solid but it is, after all, plastic. The unit that arrived was actually the burgundy machine. Not that I care, but it is definitely not the purple shown in the image. We have both carpeting and wood floors and the machine works fine for both. One drawback - it is LOUD, especially with the cornering nozzle - which has a great design. I like that all of the accessories fit inside of it.
